For years, we had heard so much about India from family, friends, and colleagues—each with their own unique stories. Through patience and, by the grace of God, divine intervention led us to connect through a mutual friend. What would typically take months of planning came together in just two weeks, and for that, we are truly grateful. Your meticulous attention to detail in arranging our itinerary made all the difference. From the moment we arrived at the airport and met Kuldeep and our first driver, Rimpie, we felt well taken care of. Every driver in each destination provided clean, comfortable vehicles and ensured our safety. The hotels were of an exceptional standard, offering a restful and welcoming atmosphere after our daily adventures. The guides were knowledgeable, enhancing our understanding of every place we visited. Our experience of India was overwhelming in the best way possible. We thoroughly enjoyed everything—the vibrant culture, the warmth of the people, the lively traffic, the incredible food, the remarkable driving skills, the stunning architecture, and the bustling markets. It was fascinating to see how people interact, respond, and show respect to one another. Despite our extensive travels, we have never experienced anything quite like India. While we are sure much has changed over time, what stands out most is that it has changed for the better. We are especially grateful that you took the time to meet us, arranged transport, and treated us to a sumptuous dinner. Your kindness and generosity made our trip even more special. 1. Pre-Tour Arrangement Excellent support was provided by Ms. Sarita with multiple options, allowing us to make an informed decision without any pressure to sign off the package. The assistance given was timely and well-balanced, making our choice of this tour company an easy one. A special thanks to Ms. Sunitha, whose exceptional support made the entire arrangement process smooth and very comfortable. 2. Overall Package Price The pricing was reasonable and provided good value for money. 3. Vehicle (Tempo Traveller) This area requires some improvement due to a few minor issues: Day 1: The vehicle had some issues and needed to be replaced. A big thank you to Jibin(driver), who ensured the replacement was done seamlessly while we were engaged in our Tharshanam (prayers) at Chotani. Thanks also to the company for handling this efficiently without disrupting our itinerary. Amenities / vehicle No radio connection, requiring Bluetooth for music. TV was not functional in both vehicles as it required a USB, which was not provided despite our prior request (especially important as we had kids and long journeys). 4. Support & Assistance Throughout the tour, Mr. Guldeep Singh was attentive to our daily arrangements, making necessary adjustments and providing immediate support whenever needed. His dedication ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience. 5. Special dedication to our driver, Jibinm. From the very beginning, we felt comfortable with him, especially as he effortlessly connected with the kids. He treated them and us like his own family, even during our visits to relatives' houses. Jibinm’s experience with the tour route was evident. Despite our original plan with the tour company not being the most optimal, he went the extra mile to adjust the timing of our departures and arrivals, ensuring we could maximize our experience. His excellent time management allowed us to make the most of our journey. A heartfelt thank you to Jibinm for making our trip so smooth and memorable! Overall Experience Despite minor vehicle issues, it was a well-organized and enjoyable tour. The team's responsiveness and support added great value to our experience.

We were impressed with Sarita at EastboundTravel due to her responsiveness in designing an individual itinerary based on my father’s interests, vs another agent that offered “canned” tours that were already in place. I felt our requests were a bit complicated, due to wanting to visit two tiger parks in different parts of the country for 3 of us, but some touristy sites for the first week for 2 of us before meeting up with the 3rd person. Even though my father had visited India 6 times previously, there was enough novelty included for him to not seem bored. The guides and drivers were great, I felt we were friends with some of them by the end. No one was late or forgot us. I would have Sarita plan a future trip to India with no hesitations!
